This professional development session will lead participants through creating short and effective cover letters, in discussing why cover letters are important, and will engage in strategies for successful interviews, whether they be in person, over video conference software, or over phone. I will not have all the answers, so this will be a participatory session for presenter and attendees to generate strategies that we can share widely. This session is for everyone: EMP's, Mid-Level Career Professionals, or Veterans in the field, since there may be anytime that somone will be on the job market, and our discussion will rely on your thoughts and ideas.
