I am Deputy Head of School and Professor of Museum Technology in the School of Museum Studies, at the University of Leicester (UK), and interim Director of the Research Institute for Cultural and Media Economies. I am a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Board member for Attenborough Arts, and founding Trustee of the Jodi Mattes Trust for accessible digital culture. I lead 'One by One' - and international consortium of cultural organisations, scholars and professional bodies, using action research to help build digitally confident museums.
