Rumana Chaudhuri

Rumana Chaudhuri has worked at the Smithsonian Institution in a range of capacities for 20 years. Currently, she is at the National Museum of the American Indian, focusing on cultural competency training, visitor experience, and volunteer strategic engagement. She is committed to creating audience-centric museum experiences through the nexus of human, physical, and digital engagement and to enhancing professional experiences for the museum community. Rumana received her BA from Wellesley College, MBA from Georgetown University, and MA in Museum Studies from George Washington University.
