Kelsy Edgerton is a visitor experience enthusiast. From how to measure it and then how to translate that information into meaningful and impactful changes in everything from websites to exhibits, admissions, and physical layout of spaces, Kelsy has a proven history of finding innovative ways to improve staff and visitor experience at a site with over 160 thousand visitors a year. Kelsy has worked at the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for over 10 years in various roles, and is currently a Reservations Assistant.
