Peter Herdrich, he/him/his, is the Co-founder of the Antiquities Coalition, the pre-eminent international NGO in the fight against looting and illicit trade in cultural heritage property. He currently directs strategic digitization and documentation projects with partners in Algeria, Iraq, and Yemen, including a USAID-funded digitization project working with religious minority communities in northern Iraq. He initiated the Digital Library of the Middle East and established the first fully functional digital library in Kurdistan with the Council on Library and Information Resources. Herdrich consults across the cultural heritage, communications and technology, and GLAM sectors.
