How to MCN Virtual provides a detailed overview on all of the MCN 2021 Virtual conference platforms:
Sched (here!) is where you’ll find the entire MCN 2021 conference program. From there, you can access all of the live conference sessions links, including after the conference ends.
How do I access sessions?
You need to add sessions to your schedule, links only appear in Sched if you’ve added a session to your schedule. So, add all sessions you’re interested in attending! Links will also be shared by email 10 minutes before each session.
My ticket isn't showing up on my profile, how do I get set up?
You can use your Eventbrite order number to reset your password using the same email that you registered with, if someone bought your ticket for you make sure that they have set you up as the attendee, if not, they can transfer it to your email on Eventbrite.
How do I network with other attendees?
MCN Slack will be the hallways of the conference, if you’re already on MCN Slack you were automatically added to the conference channels when you registered. For more about how we are using Slack in the conference check out the Network and Socialize section of How to MCN Virtual.
Still need help?
On MCN Slack reach out on #2021-helpdesk and an MCN team member will respond. This channel will be monitored just before sessions begin for the day until the end of the conference session schedule. We will attend to your concerns as quickly as we are able.
I’m not on MCN Slack! How do I get on there?
Look for your welcome email from Sched (and go ahead and add sched.com to your safe list), a link in that welcome email will guide you to set up your MCN Slack account where you'll be automatically added to conference channels.
The Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines ensure everyone has a safe and respectful conference experience.
Please remember: Never share Zoom links on Twitter, Slack, or other public or semi-private platforms. Sharing or posting this link compromises the security of the conference. If malicious activity occurs (e.g. zoom bombing) the session will be shut down.
