This session offers a framework for developing digital strategies through a lens of experiential design. While we often think of a series of objectives, outcomes, and content as the primary drivers of development, that's an internally driven point of view. Let's view it from the other direction and more fundamentally think about when, how, and why we create digital experiences and what it takes to get to those destinations.
