In this session, I’ll invite participants to reflect on the ways that they’re listening to their audiences today. We’ll map our organizations’ listening practices to several frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement. We’ll ask why we’re listening and examine the degree to which our methods match our goals. We’ll examine how listening in a variety of contexts and at depth can help us improve our communications and connect with the communities we aspire to support.
