In this session, we will introduce User Experience Capacity-Building (UXCB: https://prattdx.org/research/uxcb/) as a flexible way for museum professionals to develop an effective UX practice in their institution. Covering the fundamentals of the UXCB process as well as examples, templates, and case studies, attendees will come away with the knowledge and tools to create a UXCB strategy that launches or accelerates their museum’s transformation to a more visitor-centered, digital-focused culture.
