What has 2020 taught you about resilience? Can you bounce back? Over and over? The Digital Pivot overtaxed our resilience, leaving us stuck—in our situations, problems, thinking—tighter than the Ever Given in the Suez. Is there a tugboat that works? Should we even dig out? Offload? We’ll look at what we’ve learned about our practices & the industry as our pathways narrowed and burdens increased.
