The Digital Pivot overtaxed our resilience, leaving us stuck—in our situations, problems, thinking—tighter than the Ever Given in the Suez. Is there a tugboat that works? Should we even dig out? Offload? We’ll look at what we’ve learned about our practices & the industry as our pathways narrowed and burdens increased.
