Alice Rubin is an award-winning strategic management consultant with nonprofits and cultural institutions with
expertise in managing complex digital initiatives. Currently she is working on an array of strategic projects with the Council of American Jewish Museums, Antiquities Coalition, California Migration Museum and others. She was the Studio Director for Gallagher & Associates, the experiential design services agency specializing in cultural, corporate, and heritage organizations where she lead operations, business development, and project management for the in-house digital studio. She also worked as the Director of Special Projects at the Museum of Jewish Heritage–A Living Memorial to the Holocaust. While there she oversaw a series of digital efforts including the museum’s first interactive exhibit Keeping History (KHC) including the storytelling-based soundscape Voices of Liberty and Timekeeper, a time-lapse video exploring artist Andy Goldsworthy’s sculpture Garden of Stones.
